Hey there!
I've been in hospitality for about 15 years. I have the same problems as most who have been there for a while...you can't ever really get away from it!
I started my journey at a 24 hour restaurant and got to deal with the bar crowd. Yikes!!!
I later moved on to a restaurant dubbed "the fast food of seafood". I worked there for about 10 years until they abruptly decided to shut their doors and tell us the day after the closure took place. Nice guys, real nice!
Now, I work in this nice Italian restaurant. I am not as involved in the restaurant industry as I used to be. I got myself a 'real job', but I still go back week after week to serve the hungry!
I have many, many stories that over time I hope I can share with everyone!

sadly, our "fast food of seafood" provided so many excellent stories... i'd almost want to go back just for the stories... oh wait... NEVER AGAIN!!!
